Today it was announced that Family Search had indexed and made available online California birth records from 1905 thru 1995. I was born in Texas but I have cousins born in California so I checked for the records of 2 of my maternal cousins, the children of my mothers brother, Jim and Sandy, I hit the jackpot so to speak, and found them. There are things I want to know but can't ask, these records help alot, it not only gives me a correct birth-date, my guesses were based on what I thought I remembered the differences in our ages were and I have to say I had the years correct, but I couldn't remember the month or day. I know these are the right people because their mothers maiden matches that given on their sisters death certificate.
